I cannot overstate how wonderful my experience was with Dr. Lattman. She and her partner, Dr. Paul, performed a brow lift and upper bleph on me in December 2024. I had been researching quality surgeons for some time, and Dr. Lattman’s name kept coming up in various places. I took that as a sign and called her office to learn more about the process. From that first call, her staff were kind, patient, and informative. Throughout my consultation, I immediately felt comfortable. The office is calm and well-run, and nursing and staff members were all warm and very open to any and all questions. Dr. Lattman herself is clear, personable, and accessible. I trusted her opinion right off the bat. From then on, the process was seamless in terms of scheduling, payment facilitation, and all necessary preparations. I called the office multiple times with many questions (can I get a brow wax prior or should I tweeze?!). No question was too small! The actual procedure and recovery were very smooth; I felt taken care of and informed every step of the way. And, I am SO happy with the results. The lift and bleph look very natural, exactly what I desired. My only regret is not doing it sooner! Dr. Lattman is fantastic.
