This is a case study of a 65 year old woman who came to see me because she was bothered by her heavy upper lids. She wanted to relieve the fullness of the upper lids but also wanted to look 100% natural.

I discussed with her the option of doing an upper lid blepharoplasty combined with an endoscopic brow lift. I explained that this would give her the most natural looking result while fully rejuvenating the upper lids and brow region. She was nervous, as this was her first experience with cosmetic surgery, but chose to proceed with the proposed surgery.

This picture is of her 6 months after her surgery. She is thrilled with her refreshed appearance and the improved symmetry of her eyebrows.
